Permission to maintain an animal requires a pet deposit in the amount of $300.00. The pet deposit shall be used to treat for fleas and have the carpets professional cleaning upon vacating the premises.

There is an additional Pet Deposit of $150.00 for each additional pet.  The maximum number of pets is two.

There will also be a $25.00 per month pet fee for each pet in the PREMISES / UNIT.
